ألبرت بيشو بورغون أوت كوت دو نوي 2022، بورغوني

This Pinot Noir has a lovely full body that still feels balanced—the fruit really comes through without being too heavy. It opened up nicely after about twenty minutes and paired perfectly with a simple roast chicken dinner.

I poured a glass to go with roast chicken and was surprised by how well the body held up. The fruit comes through nicely but it's that balanced structure that makes it so good.

Opened this after dinner and the structure held up beautifully—full-bodied without being heavy, just as the description promised. That balance of ripe fruit and firm tannins made it feel more expensive than it was. Already thinking about grabbing another bottle for next month.
