The vanilla note on the nose is subtle but real, and the clean finish makes it dangerously easy to sip neat. Knowing the wheat is organic and from a sustainable Oregon farm adds a nice peace of mind for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth this vodka is, especially given it's made with organic wheats. The slight vanilla notes on the nose make it a great choice for a simple martini.

The clean finish is perfect for sipping neat, and knowing it's from a sustainable Oregon farm makes me feel good about buying it. I've been mixing it in martinis and the light sweetness really comes through.
