The fennel and bell pepper notes on the nose are so distinctive, and the black plum on the palate is perfectly balanced by that subtle tartness. This organic cab franc is a total steal for the price.

That first sip hit me with a beautiful mix of black plum and that classic bell pepper note I love in a good Cab Franc. The organic farming really comes through in the clean, elegant finish. Already planning to grab another bottle.

Sipping this on a cool evening and the fennel note really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting. The black plum is ripe but not jammy, and knowing it's certified organic makes that glass taste even better.
