BERNARD REMY GRAND CRU NV, Champagne

Opened it for a quiet dinner and that lively citrus burst on the palate was exactly what I wanted. The structure is full and surprisingly long—this champagne really delivers without being too heavy.

That lingering finish just goes on and on—I kept finding new layers even after the last sip. The full, structured body really balances the lively citrus, making it feel both elegant and playful. Perfect for a special toast.

The citrus burst on the palate is exactly as described, and the finish really does linger longer than any other sparkler I've tried. Perfect for a special dinner.
