BONE SUCKN BBQ SAUCE

Finally found a Carolina-style sauce that isn't just pure vinegar—the chunks of onion and pepper give it real texture and a nice little kick. Slathered it on pulled pork last weekend and the tangy-sweet balance was perfect.
