BROOKLYN CURED BRESAOLA SLICED (2 OZ)

I picked this up for a charcuterie board because I can't eat pork, and the beef version totally holds its own against prosciutto. The herb and spice rub gives it a nice savory edge, and two ounces was plenty for two people.
