CHAKRAS CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021, Argentina

Opened this last night with some grilled steak and the cocoa and herb notes really came through nicely. The plum and cherry flavors are bold but not too sweet, and it finishes smooth without that harsh bite some reds have. Already ordered another bottle.

That velvety texture on the palate really makes this Cabernet feel more expensive than it is. The cherry and cocoa notes come through beautifully, and it's got a nice warmth without being too heavy.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and velvety this wine feels on the palate, and the hints of cocoa really come through on the finish. Perfect for a cozy dinner at home.
