CHATEAU CERTAN DE MAY 2015, Pomerol

Opened this bottle last night and the berry flavors are just starting to soften beautifully, with that spice on the finish lingering nicely. The structure is still firm but it's drinking wonderfully now and has plenty of life left through 2030.

The acidity really keeps it lively even with that dense structure, and that spice on the finish lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. I’ve got a few more bottles tucked away for the next couple years, but it’s already drinking beautifully now.
