Poured a glass last night and that steely tension with the lemon zest was exactly what I wanted—crisp and refreshing without being too sharp. For the price, this Chablis has a surprising amount of character.

The limestone minerality really comes through on the finish, giving it that classic Chablis character I was hoping for. Pairs perfectly with a simple plate of oysters — the acidity cuts right through.
