DOMAINE LECHENEAUT CHAMBOLLE-MUSIGNY 2016, Burgundy

Opened this last night with dinner and the black cherry and violet notes really came through beautifully. The tannins are there but smooth, not harsh at all. Already planning to grab another bottle.

The dusty tannins on the finish gave it a nice structure that kept me coming back for another sip. It’s got that taut, focused feel that makes a Burgundy feel special without being overwhelming.
