DRUNKEN GOAT CHEESE (LB)

I was pleasantly surprised by how creamy and slightly tangy this goat cheese is, with that subtle wine-soaked rind adding a nice complexity. It’s rich enough to stand alone on a cracker without needing much else.

I’ve been using this wedge for cheese boards and the rind has just the right amount of give—soaked in wine, but not overpowering. It’s a solid pound, too, which lasts for several gatherings.

The texture is beautifully creamy with that subtle tangy rind that makes it perfect for a cheese board. I sliced it thin for sandwiches and it melted wonderfully. Definitely ordering another pound next time.
