EL MAYOR BLANCO TEQUILA, Mexico 750ml

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth this blanco is for the price—the citrus and clove notes come through clean without any harsh burn. It makes a damn good margarita, but honestly I’ve been sipping it neat more often than not.

That slight jalapeño kick on the finish gives it a surprising complexity that most blancos in this range lack. Perfect for sipping neat or shaking into a spicy margarita.

The citrus notes hit right away, making this a very clean sipper. I’ve been using it in margaritas and the clove and pepper finish adds a nice little kick without being overwhelming.
