Poured this over a big ice cube after a long week—the slight spiciness on the nose really does tease before that smooth caramel finish hits. Even my friend who usually sticks to blanco asked for a second glass.

The caramel and vanilla notes come through exactly as described, with that subtle spicy kick on the finish. I poured it neat over one big ice cube and the medium amber color looked gorgeous in the glass. Smooth enough to sip slowly but with enough character to keep things interesting.

The nine months of aging give it a really smooth finish, that vanilla hint comes through nicely without being overpowering. I’ve been sipping it neat and it’s perfect for that slow, relaxing evening glass.
