ENTREMANOS BLANCO TEQUILA, Mexico 700ml

The cooked agave comes through immediately on the nose, with that white pepper kick showing up just enough on the finish to keep it interesting. Sipped neat it's surprisingly smooth for a blanco, and the citrus zest makes it dangerous in a highball.

I've been using this for margaritas and the cooked agave flavor really comes through clean without any harsh bite. The smooth finish makes it easy to sip on its own too.

The citrus zest and white pepper notes give it a nice kick, but the cooked agave flavor stays front and center. Goes down smooth enough to sip neat, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
