I didn't expect a biodynamic Pays d'Oc red to taste this alive, but the redcurrant and savory notes keep shifting with every sip. Paired it with grilled lamb and it held its own easily.

I picked this up on a whim for a lamb dinner and the savory, earthy side of the blend won me over—it's not just fruit. The raspberry and redcurrant come through clean, and knowing it's from biodynamic vineyards makes the $20-ish price feel like a steal.

The candied cherry and redcurrant really come through, and there's a savory edge underneath that keeps it from tasting too sweet. I brought a bottle to dinner with lamb and it held up nicely.
