GRUET BRUT ROSE, New Mexico

I opened this for a birthday brunch and the floral bouquet hit me right away—so much more delicate than I expected from a Brut. The raspberry and cherry flavors are subtle but present, making it feel festive without being too sweet.

The strawberry and cherry notes are perfectly balanced—it's fruity but still dry enough to be a true brut. Poured this for a small dinner party and everyone asked where I found it. Definitely my new go-to for celebrations.

The floral bouquet is just as lovely as described, pairing beautifully with the crisp brut finish. I opened this for a light brunch and the cherry notes made it feel special without being too sweet.
