The eucalyptus and vanilla on the nose are so inviting, and the cassis flavor hits just right. It’s got enough structure to stand up to a steak, but that finish is incredibly smooth. Definitely worth the splurge for a special dinner.

That silky finish really lingers long after each sip, and the eucalyptus note on the nose is surprisingly elegant. Opened it last weekend with a ribeye and the firm structure cut through the fat beautifully.

The cassis and black cherry notes hit right away, and that silky finish lingers beautifully. It's got enough structure to pair with a hearty steak, but smooth enough to sip on its own.
