The barrel aging really smooths out the herbal bite from the 56 ingredients, making it way more sippable than I expected. I've been enjoying it chilled straight from the freezer after dinner.

The licorice note comes through strong on the nose, but it's the smooth, barrel-aged finish that really sells it. I poured a shot over ice after dinner and it was surprisingly mellow for something with 56 different botanicals in it. Definitely my new go-to for a cold evening sipper.
