Poured a glass last night and the fruit selection from those three growing regions really comes through—it's smooth but with enough complexity to keep things interesting. Finished the bottle faster than I'd planned.

Poured a glass with some aged gouda and the fruit really came through—smooth, balanced, and no harsh tannins. The blend of growing regions gives it a complexity you don’t always find at this price point. Definitely stocking up for the holidays.

Opened this last night with a ribeye dinner and it really showed off that balanced, clean blend of California fruit. The tannins have softened nicely, making it smooth but still complex enough to hold its own against the steak.
