JUDSON & MOORE BOURBON WHISKEY, Illinois 750ml

The higher rye gives this a nice spicy kick that cuts through the usual bourbon sweetness—perfect for an old fashioned. I've been sipping it neat too and the depth is really impressive for the price.

The rye really comes through on the finish, giving it that peppery kick instead of just another sugary bourbon. Poured neat after dinner and the spiciness made it feel more complex than the price suggests. Solid everyday pour.

Took a chance on this bottle for a weekend tasting and the higher rye really delivers—that spice lingers nicely after each sip instead of fading into pure sugar. Poured it over a single ice cube and it held up without getting watery too fast.
