LAKESHORE STRONG IRISH MUSTARD (7.06)

I poured this over a slice of roast beef and the kick was exactly what that "Irish Wasabi" nickname promises—sharp but not overwhelming. It's got a thick, clingy texture that actually stays on the meat instead of pooling on the plate. Gluten-free is a bonus since my sister-in-law can share it too.

The heat hits fast and fades clean, just like fresh horseradish—perfect on a simple roast beef sandwich. I love that it’s gluten-free, and the kick really does wake up your sinuses.
