LAMB STIX (LB)

The pound sizing was spot on for what I needed, and the quality held up well from delivery to use. I've already gone back for more since the portioning made it so easy to work with.

Ordered a pound of these and the portion was exactly as listed, no surprises there. The transaction was straightforward and the packaging kept everything fresh for a few days in the fridge. For a simple meat buy, this was hassle-free and I’ll grab another pound next time.

The pieces are a good size and cook up nicely in a pan without falling apart. Wish the packaging had a bit more detail about the cut, but the lamb itself is fresh and flavorful for the price.
