LOUIS LATOUR MEURSAULT 2017 375ml, Burgundy

The brioche and almond notes came through beautifully after about twenty minutes in the glass, and the pale yellow color was exactly what I expected from a good Meursault. Pairs perfectly with roasted chicken.

That mineral finish is exactly what makes this Meursault special—it cuts through the round, creamy texture and keeps every sip feeling fresh. The brioche hints are subtle but there, and it's already drinking beautifully at this age.

The almond and vanilla notes really come through beautifully on the palate, and that mineral finish makes it feel so refined. Perfect with a simple roast chicken dinner.
