MANDOIS BRUT ORIGINE NV

Crisp and lively bubbles, perfect for celebrating without breaking the bank. I was impressed by how well-balanced it tasted for a non-vintage brut, and it paired beautifully with our appetizers.

Poured this for a dinner party and the fine bubbles kept going long after the first pour—definitely felt more elegant than other NVs I've tried. The crisp finish paired beautifully with oysters.

Opened this on a Tuesday night expecting just another sparkling wine, but the mousse is incredibly fine and the finish keeps pulling you back for another sip. It's dry, crisp, and somehow feels more polished than its price point suggests.
