MANDOIS GRANDE RESERVE ROSE NV (ORGANIC)

Wasn't expecting much from an organic sparkling rosé but this one surprised me — the bubbles stay lively all the way through dinner, not just the first pour. Dry enough to feel grown-up but still fruity, and it held up fine with roasted chicken.

Poured a glass for brunch and the bubbles were so lively it felt like a celebration in a bottle. The organic grapes give it a clean, bright taste that paired perfectly with my smoked salmon toast.

Wasn't expecting much from an organic sparkling rosé but this one's genuinely fun — the bubbles are lively and it stayed bright through the whole bottle. Had it on its own before dinner and it didn't need food to hold up.
