The green wood note gives it a fresh, almost herbal kick that balances the sweetness beautifully. I've been sipping it neat after dinner and the peppery warmth lingers just right.

That white chocolate and vanilla note really comes through on the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a grappa at all. The peppery kick balances the floral sweetness perfectly, and the 375ml bottle is just right for a nightcap.

The green wood and grape notes are surprisingly fresh and clean, not harsh at all. A perfect small bottle for an after-dinner treat that's more complex than I expected from a grappa.
