MITICA WILD LAVENDER HONEY (7 OZ)

I’m using this honey in my tea instead of sugar and the delicate lavender aroma is so clean it doesn’t overpower the drink. The faint spicy finish really sets it apart from regular honey.

The faint spiciness in the aftertaste is what got me—it’s subtle but makes the honey feel more complex than regular wildflower. I’ve been spooning it over plain yogurt for a week now and the lavender aroma keeps it from feeling too sweet.

The texture is beautifully creamy and it dissolves smoothly in tea without any grittiness. I love the faint spiciness that lingers after the initial sweetness, it’s perfect for drizzling over yogurt.
