MOLINARI HOT SALAME (LB)

The casing has that satisfying snap when you slice it, and the meat itself is dense and chewy without being dry. I ordered it by the pound and it disappeared way faster than I planned, so I’ll be doubling my order next time.

This salame has a nice firm texture that slices cleanly, and the spicy kick builds perfectly without being overwhelming. I've already used half a pound on antipasto plates and sandwiches this week.

The heat level is just right—spicy without being overwhelming—and it slices beautifully for a charcuterie board. I'd prefer it a touch less salty, but the flavor is spot-on.
