NORDES ATLANTIC GALICIAN GIN 700ml

The juniper and eucalyptus balance each other beautifully in this gin — it's smooth enough to sip neat. I used it in a simple G&T with fever tree tonic and it was easily the best I've had at home.

The juniper and herbal notes are perfectly balanced here, with a smooth finish that works great in a martini. I've tried it both straight and with tonic, and the complexity really comes through each time.

The citrus-forward nose jumped out the moment I poured it, and the albarino base gives it a smoothness that makes a gin and tonic dangerously easy to sip. I've tried a lot of premium gins and this one's complexity from those Galician botanicals is genuinely a cut above for the price.
