NUESKE'S CHEDDAR BRATS (1 LB)

The cheddar is melted throughout, not just a blob in the middle, and the applewood smoke gives it a nice depth. Grilled these up last night and they stayed juicy even with a good sear on the casing.

The applewood smoke and the cheddar chunks work surprisingly well together, giving each brat a rich, savory flavor. I grilled them up for a quick weeknight dinner and they were gone in minutes, definitely my new go-to.

The cheddar melts into the applewood smoke so perfectly it’s like two favorites in one bite. We grilled these for a backyard test and even my picky kid grabbed a second one. They're definitely my new go-to for game day.
