NUEVO MUNDO CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020 (ORGANIC)

The tobacco leaf and firm tannins give this a nice structure that stands up to a hearty meal. I noticed it opened up beautifully after about 30 minutes in the glass. Definitely worth trying if you like bold reds.

The coffee and ripe fruit notes hit right after the first sip, and that firm tannin structure holds up beautifully with a hearty dinner. I picked up two more bottles after the first night.
