Opened this on a quiet evening expecting just another spiced rum, but the clove and nutmeg come through so warmly that I ended up sipping it neat the whole time. The caramel and vanilla notes make it smooth enough to enjoy without any mixer, and it's genuinely better than pricier bottles I've tried.

The vanilla and caramel come through smooth on the finish, and it's just as nice sipped neat as it is mixed with ginger ale. I've been through a few spiced rums, and this one’s the first where the spice doesn't overpower the rum itself.
