RED SLED CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021

The dark chocolate and coffee notes really come through on the finish, making this Cab a great pairing with a hearty pasta dish. Opened a bottle to go with dinner and it was smooth and rich from the first sip.

Poured a glass last night and that ground coffee note really comes through alongside the black cherry. It’s smooth enough to sip on its own but held up great with a simple steak dinner.

Dark chocolate notes are definitely there, and they blend nicely with the black cherry, making each sip interesting. Finished a bottle with steak last night and it held up well from the first glass to the last.
