This bottle has a nice balance of fruit and acidity that makes it perfect with lighter pasta dishes. I was impressed by how well it paired with a simple lemon chicken, and the finish is clean without being too sharp.

Chilled this down and poured it with a simple pasta night, and the balance was spot on—crisp enough to cut through the sauce but not too sharp. It’s a white that feels like it belongs on a warm evening, and the history behind the region somehow made each sip a little more interesting.
