SPECK ALTO ADIGE (LB)

This speck has just the right balance of smoke and spice, and the fat renders perfectly when you give it a quick sear. Sliced it thin for a charcuterie board and it was gone in minutes.

I’m picky about cured meats, but this speck has that proper smoky depth and a nice, even marbling that makes it perfect on a cheese board. The package arrived well-sealed and the slices stayed fresh through the whole week.

The slices are paper-thin and melt on your tongue, just the way I like it. Had it on a cheese board last night and everyone asked where I got it. This is definitely going to be a staple in my fridge.
