This biodynamic wine has a lovely structure that really shines after decanting for an hour. The balsamic and mocha notes give it a complexity that's hard to find at this price point, and it paired beautifully with roasted lamb. Definitely glad I grabbed a bottle from the organic lineup.

The mocha and berry notes come through beautifully, with a structured finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. I’ve been really impressed by how smooth it feels for a biodynamic wine—definitely worth trying if you like elegant reds.
