TUSCAN SAUSAGE AND KALE SOUP (QT)

The smoky bacon and spicy sausage balance perfectly with the creamy broth—the kale still had a nice bit of texture after reheating. I’ve already added it to my regular order rotation.

The little red potatoes stay perfectly tender without getting mushy, and the broth has just enough kick from the sausage without being overwhelming. Perfect for a chilly evening when you want something hearty but not too heavy.

The bacon and sausage ratio is just right, and the potatoes still have a nice little bite to them even after reheating. I've already ordered another quart because this totally hit the spot on a cold evening.
