I’ve been using this as a base for mocktails and the dry, peppery finish really makes it feel like the real thing. The hint of olive and melon is subtle but gives it a nice complexity I wasn’t expecting.

Opened this expecting a novelty, but the olive and melon notes are surprisingly balanced, and the dry peppery kick makes it feel like the real thing in a margarita. I’ve been sipping it neat over ice and honestly don’t miss the burn at all.
