That purple fruit note really comes through from the first pour, and the minerality keeps it from feeling heavy even though it's so lush. Organic too, which I didn't expect to matter, but the wine feels cleaner and more vibrant because of it.

Opened this with some skepticism, but the blend of Pinot Noir, Cab Franc, and Malbec is surprisingly well-integrated. The purple fruit comes through nicely without being jammy, and it has that organic earthiness that makes it feel like a real wine. A solid value for everyday drinking.
