Andrew H. ★★★★★

I bought this for a camping trip and the applewood smoke flavor really comes through, even with all that garlic. The meat-to-fat ratio is perfect for slicing onto crackers without it falling apart.

Brian ★★★★★

The garlic kick is just right, not overpowering, and that applewood smoke comes through in every bite. I've been snacking on it with crackers and cheese for a week and it still tastes fresh. Perfect balance of beef and pork, too.

Ella ★★★★★

I sliced this summer sausage thin for a charcuterie board and the applewood smoke really comes through, complementing the garlic without overpowering it. The texture is firm and satisfying, perfect for snacking. Will definitely order another pack soon.
