Avery est à juste titre très fier de son Tequilacerbus avec son profil acidulé et citronné à base de tequila. Il a été vieilli avec amour pendant sept mois dans les fûts d'Añejo et de Reposado de Surete. Les épices de chêne côtoient les notes de vanille, d'agave et de caramel au beurre.
