Lily ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

The green apple and citrus notes hit right away, and that crisp acidity made it perfect alongside our shrimp ceviche. Really impressive how long the finish lingers for the price point.

Adam ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

Cracked this open for a Friday toast and the citrusy mineral note hit right away, then the crisp acidity carried through to a long, clean finish. The 75% Chardonnay gives it a nice roundness without losing any of that bright sparkle.

Thomas ★★★★★ Oct 18, 2026

Opened a bottle for a casual dinner and the green apple notes hit right away—crisp, bright, and refreshing. The finish lingers nicely, making it easy to reach for another glass. Perfect for anyone who likes a traditional sparkler with real character.
