Il 2011 Altagracia è rotondo, sensuale, morbido e bellissimo, soprattutto nel contesto dell'anno. Dolci frutti di bosco rossi, menta, tabacco, erbe saporite e anice si fondono in un vino distintivo, ricco di personalità. Con il tempo nel bicchiere, il vino si arrotonda piacevolmente, mentre i sapori diventano più scuri, ricchi e stratificati. Altagracia è un blend composto principalmente da frutta di Eisele, più un po' di Vine Hill Ranch, un sito ben drenato a Oakville che è tra i migliori della Napa Valley.

The nose is absolutely classic Napa—mint and tobacco with a surprising lift of anise. On the palate it's round and supple, not heavy at all, and the sweet red berry fruit carries through a long finish. This 2011 really over-delivers for the vintage.
