Prodotto con uve provenienti dal Friuli, in Italia, il Pinot Grigio Archer Roose è coltivato in modo sostenibile con pratiche di vinificazione a basso intervento. Il risultato è un vino senza glutine e vegano che esprime note brillanti e fresche di pesca bianca, agrumi e fiori bianchi, con un finale secco. Si abbina bene a piatti leggeri come calamari grigliati/fritti, cozze al vapore, sushi, antipasti, crudité, insalate e linguine alle vongole in salsa di vino bianco. Vigneto sostenibile. Vegano.
