54% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon e 4% Petit Verdot. Molto profumato e sottile con fiori secchi e agrumi, oltre a frutti blu. Corpo pieno con tannini meravigliosamente diffusi e integrati che si estendono oltre i bordi del vino. È estremamente levigato e molto, molto lungo. Fresco e brillante. Da bere dopo 2023. Vigneto certificato biodinamico/biologico.

The dried flower and citrus notes hit first, then the blue fruit comes through — way more perfumed than I expected from a 2017. Tannins are so soft and integrated it drinks beautifully right now, though I'll probably hold my other bottles a few more years.

The tannins here are so soft and integrated that it drinks beautifully right out of the bottle, no long decant needed. I poured it with roast lamb and the blue fruit and subtle floral finish kept unfolding all evening.
