Sofia ★★★★★

The 104-proof delivers a serious kick, but the non-chill-filtering gives it an oily mouthfeel that coats the tongue beautifully. Sipping it neat, I got layers of rich fruit and spice that evolve with each taste.

Brian D. ★★★★★

This non-chill-filtered bourbon has a much richer mouthfeel than the standard small batch. The extra proof really brings out the oak and caramel without any harsh burn. Perfect for a slow sipper on the rocks.

Robert ★★★★★

The 104-proof punch is smooth enough to sip neat, and the deeper flavor from skipping chill-filtration really comes through. A great closer-to-the-barrel feel without being too harsh.
