The high malt mash bill gives this bourbon a silky mouthfeel that plays beautifully with the deep caramel notes from the cognac cask finish. I’ve been sipping it neat and finding layers of dried fruit that keep me coming back for another pour.

Poured a glass and the nose hits with rich caramel and dark fruit, exactly what I hoped for from those Cognac casks. The high malt mash bill gives it a smooth, slightly sweet finish that works perfectly neat or with a cube.

The finish from those Limousin oak Cognac casks is incredibly smooth, with a deep caramel sweetness that lingers nicely. I was impressed by how the fruit notes balance out the rye spice without being too overpowering. This bottle has quickly become my go-to for a neat pour on a cold evening.
