Finally, a Chardonnay that lets the fruit shine instead of hiding behind oak—the creamy texture is exactly right. Poured a glass with grilled lemon chicken last night and it was a perfect match.

I’ve been hunting for a Chardonnay without that heavy oak bite, and this one’s tropical fruit comes through bright and clean—the creamy texture makes it feel richer than it is. Sipped it cold with a simple roast chicken last night, and the pairing was spot on.

This Chardonnay’s creamy texture pairs perfectly with my lemon chicken, and the tropical fruit notes really pop without any oakiness. It’s refreshing enough for a warm evening on the patio.
