GENOA SALAMI (LB)

The cracked black pepper gives it just the right amount of kick without overpowering the pork. I’ve been slicing it thin for sandwiches and it’s perfect.

The lean pork and wine give it a much cleaner taste than most salamis I've tried, and the garlic isn't overpowering. It's been perfect sliced thin on a crusty baguette for lunch this week.
