KNOTTY VINES CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020

Poured a glass with a sharp aged cheddar last night and that dark chocolate note came through beautifully—exactly what I was hoping for. It’s bold but not harsh, and the finish lingers just long enough. Definitely buying another bottle.

Opened this with a ribeye on the grill and the blackberry aromas hit the moment the cork popped, which was a good sign. That espresso finish lingered just long enough to make the aged cheddar taste even sharper, and it held up the whole meal.
